Battery Equaliser Australia Pty Ltd warrants to the end user/purchaser that this product will be free from defects and not cause harm to any new or used battery, when applied according to directions, for a period of one year. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, if the proximate cause of battery failure can be shown to be a result of the Battery EqualiserTM product, Battery Equaliser Australia Pty Ltd shall pay the replacement cost of the battery at the condition at the time of failure, according to the pro-rata value of the battery manufacturer’s warranty. This limited warranty does not apply if the product is subjected to abnormal working conditions including, but not limited to, failure to maintain correct electrolyte levels, shock and/or misuse.
